Karpooradi Thailam of Kerela Ayurveda pharmaceuticals is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicinal oil. It mainly contains Til tailam (Sesamum indicum) and Karpura (Cinnamomum camphora). Karpura is sheeta in veerya, Madhura, tikta, and katu rasa Pradhan while Tila tailam has high penetrating power hence it can be administered to each and every cell in the body.

• For abhyanga Kerela Ayurveda Karpooradi Thailam should be taken in a metal bowl.

• Then keep the bowl in a container full of hot water to heat the oil.

• Then sit on a clean surface that should be nonslippery.

• Apply the warm oil all over the body in the direction opposite to body hair growth.

• Around the joints massage the oil in a circular direction.

• After half an hour rinse it off while bathing with hot water.
