Dhootapapeshwar Sarivadyasava is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine manufactured by Shree Dhootapapeshwar Company. It is described in Bhaishajya Ratnavali Prameha Pidaka Adhikara  22 – 27.

It is an Aasava Kalpana i.e  Ayurvedic fermented liquid medicine enriched with the goodness of various herbal ingredients. It contains 5 to 10 % of self-generated alcohol by the use of Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) , a flower which helps in the fermentation process.

Sarivadyasava is a multidimensional Ayurvedic medicine which can be prescribed in various conditions like  Kushtha Roga, Mootravaha Strotas Vyadhi , Prameha, Prameha Pidaka, Vatarakta etc. Sarivadyasava is Shamaka ,Rakta prasadank, Mootral, Daha nashak and good Rasayan by nature.

All the herbal dravyas used in the preparation have Pitta Shamaka Karma and hence can be predominantly prescribed in Pittaj Vyadhi and Pitta-associated symptoms.

Sarivadyasav is Sheeta by Virya as it contains herbal ingredients like Sariva, Musta, Lodhra, Padmaka ,Chandana etc which reduces aggravated Pitta Dosha in the body thus reducing generalized burning sensation in the body.

It helps in reducing burning and painful micturition associated with Mootrashmari, Mootraghata and Mootrakruchhra, decreases Jwar-related Daha, Dhatu Kshaya janya Daha, Hasta pada Daha and is also effective in relieving symptoms of Chronic Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
