Hutasha – Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica
Vishwa – Ginger – Zingiber officinalis
Pathya – Terminalia chebula
Punarnava – Boerhaavia diffusa
Yavasa – Alhagi pseudalhagi
Bhumitaala – phyllanthus niruri
Properties and Uses:
Used in treatment of bloating, cleansing effect over intestines, helps to develops appetite.And also relieve anorexia, Agni Deepaka property and used in Vata disorders.
Side effects: May worsen diarrhea in people already suffering from it.
Dosage and Anupan:
About 5 to 10 ml with equal ammount of water with a anpan of rock salt.a
