Kairali "Amrutharishtam" is herbal medicine for Detoxification and Immunomodulation. It is widely used for the treatment of chronic fever, and other fever. It is a natural immunity booster and non-specific immunity.

- Amrita (Guduci) – Tinospora cordifolia – Stem
- Bilva – Aegle Mmarmelos – Stem Bark
- Shyonaka - Oroxylum Indicum – Stem Bark

- Agnimantha - Premna Mmucronata – Stem Bark
- Shalaparni – Desmodium Ggangeticum – Plant
- Prishniparni – Uraria Picta – Plant
- Brihati - Solanum melongena var. Indicum – Plant
- Kantakari - Solanum surattense – Plant
- Gokshuru- Tribulus Terrestris- Plant
- Water for decoction
- Guda - Jaggery

In kerala, vaidyas used to prescribed Amritarishtam and vilwadi gutika in jwara.
Even though it is not mentioned in classical text, it has become a new tradition.
Dosage and Anupana
12 ml to 24 ml twice daily mixing with an equal amount of water after meals or as directed by physician.
Side-effects
Amritarishta has no side effects when used wisely according to Doshas and in the recommended dosage. High dosage is not recommendable and may result in burning or irritation in the alimentary canal due to its alcoholic content.
Self life
10 years from date of mannufactering.
