Dhootapapeshwar Swamala is an Ayurvedic Proprietary medicine manufactured by Shree Dhootapapeshwar Company Private Limited. It is a form of Leha Kalpana termed as Avaleha Paka . It is specially formulated Chyavanprash by Shree Dhootapapeshwar Company.
It contains Chyavanprash prepared from Ashtavarga which contains eight Dravyas from Jeevaniya Mahakashaya explained in Charak Samhita Sutra Sthana Chapter 4 namely Kakoli, Kshirkakoli, Jeevak, Rishbhak, Meda, Mahameda, Riddhi and Vriddhi.
Dhootapapeshwar Swamala contains Chyavanprash with Ashtavarga, Suvarna Bhasma 1 mg, Roupya Bhasma 1 mg, Abhraka Bhasma 5 mg, Kantaloha Bhasma 10 mg, Pravala Pishti 10 mg, Makardhwaj (Poornachandrodaya) 14 mg. It can be recommended to all age groups but under the guidance of an Ayurvedic Physician.

All these have Sapta Dhatu Gamitava, decreases Dhatu Dourbalya, Sharira Dourbalya, Mana Dourbalya, and increases Vyadhi Shamatva of patients. It can be indicated in Dhatu Kshaya, Rajayakshma, Jeerna Jwara, Karshya, Napunsakatva, Dourbalya, Manodourbalya, Shukra Kshaya, etc.
It can be specially given in Old age to increase Vyadhi Shamatva, to form Prashastha Sapta Dhatu, Sapta Dhatu Saara Ojha, and to increase the longevity of a person. It has Brimhana, Hrudya, Balya, Rasayan, Vajikarana, Jeevaniya, Ayushkar Karma. No side effects of Dhootapapeshwar Swamala have been noted.
It can be consumed by all age groups of patients but kindly consume it under Ayurvedic Physician supervision. It can be consumed 1 to 2 tablespoonful once or twice a day (morning and evening) or at Rasayana Kala i.e. empty stomach or as recommended by the Ayurvedic Physician.
