Kerala Ayurveda Ksheerabala 101 Avarti Capsule is an ayurvedic formulation of essential ayurvedic oils in capsule form. It uses oil as its base. It contains Bala kalka and kwatha, Godugdha, and Tila taila as its ingredients and is beneficial in vata vitiated conditions (vata vyadhi) like inflammation and pain of joints.

It gives relief from neurological as well as muscular-skeletal disorders. It eases pain and stiffness of joints. In it, Bala provides strength and gives relief from vitiated Vata of which decoction and kalka are cooked in go dugdha and Tila taila.

It is repeated 100 more times by adding an equal quantity of decoction each time in total 101 times thus making the name 101 Avarti (101 repetitions) which enhances the potency of the formulation.
