Dhootpapeshwar Shilapravang (mouktikayukt) is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine fortified with mukta (Pearl), used in the management of reproductive and urinary tract disorders in Males. Shilajit, Pravala, and Vanga bhasma is the Key ingredients, hence the name ShilaPraVang.

It is enriched with the goodness of rejuvenating and aphrodisiac drugs such as Shilajit, Gokshura, etc. This formulation is an excellent "Rasayana''. It is designed to specifically target the "Shukra Vaha Srotas'' (Reproductive tract). It possesses Dahashamak (relieves burning sensation), Stambhana properties due to the presence of ingredients like Pravala Pishti & Mouktik Pishti.

These ingredients pacify the aggravated Pitta dosha in the body and also maintain physical and mental homeostasis.
