Baidyanath Jhansi Arsh Kuthar Ras is a classical ayurvedic herbomineral tablet formulation. As the name suggests Arsh means piles, Kuthar means axe and Ras means rasa oushadhi or mercurial preparation, so this medicine helps to uproot piles and associated symptoms. It is prepared using purified mercury, and purified sulfur.

It is used in Ayurveda only after proper detoxification as per classical Ayurvedic texts. Parad is an ingredient of numerous mineral medicines due to its powerful medicinal properties. It balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Ras aushadhis (Parad containing medicine) are fast acting.

It helps reduce itching and burning sensations and stops bleeding as in piles and fissures. It acts as a painkiller by relaxing the smooth muscles of the guda pradesh reducing the burning sensation. Danti is a natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent that heals the wound instantly and provides immediate relief.

Snuhi ksheera is a known arshoghni agent that enhances appetite and prevents piles. Tankana bhasma acts as an antimicrobial and antihemorrhagic as it relaxes the smooth muscles and prevents bleeding. It also reduces the itching sensation of piles of fissures.

It is helpful in pacifying the deranged Pitta dosha that is responsible for burning sensation and other blood-related disorders. It is indicated in internal and external hemorrhoids, bleeding piles, proctitis, fissure in ano and painful defecation.
