Vasu Ural Capsule is a herbal ayurvedic formulation used in conditions like renal calculi. It contains lithotropic drugs like Paschanabheda, Kulathi, and Gokshura and diuretics like Chandraprabha vati, and Varuna. Thus it breaks renal calculi and expels out through urine. It also prevents the recurrence of renal calculi by potent stone-inhibiting agents and prevents any stone-precipitating agents if any.

चन्द्रप्रभा वचा मुस्तं भूनिम्बामृतदारुकम्।
हरिद्रातिविषा दार्वी पिप्पलीमूलचित्रकौ ॥
धान्यकं त्रिफला चव्यं विडङ्गं गजपिप्पली ।
व्योषं माक्षिकधातुश्च द्वौ क्षारौ लवणत्रयम् ॥

Vasu Ural Capsule Ingredients

Vasu Ural Capsule contains drugs like:

Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa): Tikta Madhura rasa, Laghu Sita guna and Usna virya. It is Vatanulomana, Agni Dipana, Mutra virecaniya and Vayasthapana. Beneficial in disorders like Sopha, pandu, Raktapitta, hydrocele, svasa, udara, visa, etc. It improves urinary output. It improves kidney function and hemoglobin in the blood and also acts as a diuretic and reduces urinary complications.

Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris): Madhura rasa, Guru Snigdha guna and Sita virya. It is mutra virecaniya, agni Dipana, balya, brmhana, Vrsya etc. Beneficial in Mutra krchhra, Vasti ruja, Hrdroga, Vedana etc. It helps in the excretion of urine from the body as well as prevents the formation of renal stones and aids in its treatment.

Pasanabheda (Bergenia ligulata): Tikta Kasaya Madhura rasa, Laghu guna, Sita virya. It is Bhedana, Vasti sodhana and Mutra virecaniya. Beneficial in Asmari, Prameha, Mutra krchhra, Yoni dosha, Gulma, Hrdroga, etc. diseases. Helps to expel water from the body in the form of urine.

Varuna (Crateva religiosa): Kasaya Madhura Tikta rasa, Laghu Ruksa guna and Usna virya. It is Agni Dipana and virecaniya. Beneficial in disorders like Asmari, Vidradhi, Atisthoulya, Agnimandya, Vatarakta, Mutrakrchhra, Krimi, Gulma, etc. Helps in the treatment of kidney stones and prevents the formation of the same.

Kulathi (Dolichos biflorus): It is beneficial in the treatment of diseases like urinary disorders like renal stones, Leucorrhea, and other menstrual disorders. Also possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Chandraprabha Vati is a combination of about 37 drugs that is beneficial in conditions like diabetes, obesity, metabolic diseases, and urinary tract and genital system-associated diseases. The drugs like Yavakshara and Svarjikakshara are alkaline which reduces the acidity of urine and relieves burning micturition.

The drugs like Trikatu, Elavaluka, Lavanas, Chavya, Musta, and Ksharas relieve Mandagni which is identified as the root cause for all disease conditions.
