Properties & Uses -

3. VATA-SHAMAN – It helps in joints pain, gout, rheumatism, paralysis.
4. PITTA SHAMAN – As it acts as a virechana it reduces pitta and helps in cases of khalitya, palitya, Heartburn.
5. MENTAL HEALTH – It acts as a relaxant in case of mania, stress & anxiety.
