Dhootpapeshwar Laxmi Vilas Ras (Nardiya) is a traditional ayurvedic herbomineral tablet formulation fortified with 16 herbal and mineral ingredients. This medicine is prepared with mercury and sulphur as its base which is combined together to form a kajjali. It has greater therapeutic efficiency and a faster rate of absorption than herbal medicines.

It is an ayurvedic antipyretic, alterative, and expectorant that is indicated in pneumonia, typhoid, malaria, asthma, cold, pain in joints, headache, and chest pain.
