Properties and Uses
It is used for virechana in Panchakarma and also used in constipation, skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis,etc.
Dosage and Anupan
3-6g one or two times a day with honey or milk or warm water.
Side effect
High or over dose may cause diarrhoea. So, it should always be taken under medical supervision.
Shelf life
From the manufacturing date upto 3 years.
