Dosage and Anupan
125-250mg twice a day after food with jiraka kwath.
Side effect
It may cause gastritis if taken in high doses and before food. And in men it may cause harm in quality and quantity of sperm, specially in men taking infertility treatment.

From the manufacturing date upto 5 years.
