Properties and Uses
1.It enhances the digestive power of the body.
2.It is indicated in hriday rog, pandu rog, gulma , arsh, infertility etc.
3.Uesful for normal delivery in women.
3.Dosha karma: Balances Vata and Kapha dosha.
Dosage and Anupan
5 to 10 gm with lukewarm water, usually before meal, once or twice daily or as directed by the doctor.
Side-effects
1.Usually no side-effects but people with DM, HTN, Heart diseases should exercise precaution.
2.Higher dose may causes diarrhea and indigestion hence it is good to consult your doctor before taking this.
Shelf-life
3 years from the date of manufacture.
