    Dosage and Anupan

    3 g one or two times a day with butter milk, ghee, or warm water. After meal

    Side effect

    1.High or over dose may cause diarrhoea.

    2. It should be avoided in high B.P. patients and should aways be taken under medical supervision.

    Shelf life

    10 years from the manufactured date.
