Baidyanath Kolkata Arsh Kuthar Ras is a classical ayurvedic herbomineral tablet formulation. As the name suggests Arsh means piles, Kuthar means axe and Ras means rasa oushadhi or mercurial preparation, so this medicine helps to uproot piles and associated symptoms. It is prepared using purified mercury, and purified sulfur.

It is used in Ayurveda only after proper detoxification as per classical Ayurvedic texts. Parad is an ingredient of numerous mineral medicines due to its powerful medicinal properties. It balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Ras aushadhis (Parad containing medicine) are fast acting.

It is enriched with the goodness of Snuhi ksheera, Danti, Tankana bhasma, Tamra bhasma, and Loha bhasma which exceptionally helps improve the blood flow and heals pilonidal wounds.
