Aswagandharishtam: It is indicated in various conditions like Emaciation, Generalised weakness, Nervine weakness, Memory loss, Hysteria, Vertigo and dizzinessetc.
Vaidyaratnam Aswagandharishtam is one of the most commonly prescribed Ayurvedic aqueous composition comprising 5 to 10% self-generated alcohol. It has Aswagandha (Withania somnifera) as one of the main ingredients which is a potent remedy for all types of Vata disorders.

Properties and Uses:
It is indicated in various conditions like Emaciation, Generalised weakness, Nervine weakness, Memory loss, Hysteria, Vertigo and dizziness, Mental Excitement, Epilepsy, Piles, Muscular atrophy, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Loss of libido, Erectile dysfunction, Impotency etc.
Dosage and Anupan:
It should be taken in a dose not more than 2-4 tsp (15-30 ml) at a time, along with an equal quantity of water.
Side effects:
A single dosage of more than 50 ml causes gastrointestinal disturbances and diarrhea.
Shelf life:
10 years. The bottle should be emptied within 90 months of opening.
