    Dantyarishtam in conditions of Abdominal disorders, Digestive insufficiency, Malabsorption syndrome, Worm infestation, Haemorrhoids, Ano-rectal disorders, etc.

    Dantyarishtam is one of the potent liquid Ayurvedic formulations which is named after Danti (Baliospermum montanum) which is one of its main ingredients. It contains 3 to 5% of alcohol which is generated naturally within a span of 3 months of fermentation.

    Properties and Uses:

    It is indicated in conditions of Udara Roga (Abdominal disorders), Agnimandya (Digestive insufficiency), Grahani (Malabsorption syndrome), Krimi (Worm infestation), Pleeha Roga (Spleenic disorders), Arsha (Haemorrhoids), Guda Roga (Ano-rectal disorders), Pandu (Anaemia), Jvara (Fever), Hridroga (Cardiac disorders) etc.

    Dosage and Anupan:

    Children – 2 to 5 ml

    Adults – 15 to 30 ml

    To be taken after meals in divided doses with an equal quantity of water and the maximum dose should not exceed more than 40 ml.

    Side Effects:

    Should not be taken empty stomach and not more than 40 ml at a time as it may induce loose bowels. This product should not be used in a person experiencing loose bowels or diarrhea.

    Best avoided in children and pregnant women.

    Shelf Life:

    10 years. Empty the bottle within three months of opening.
